ANNOUNCEMENT - POSTPONEMENT

Industry Seminar & Forum Unravelling the Trademarks Act 2009

Dear Members / Participants,

We write to inform you that after much deliberation, MIPA has decided to postpone the Trademark Seminar Series- Unravelling the Trademarks Act 2019 that was scheduled for Monday, 9 March 2020.  We believe this postponement is necessary to ensure our members’/ participants’ safety particularly in view of the spike in Covid-19 cases this week.

We hope to be able to re-schedule this seminar sometime in April 2020 but that would be dependent on the situation then.  We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will notify you once a new date has been set. 

As the Seminar is being postponed and not cancelled, we will not be making refunds. However, if any registered participant is unable to make it for the rescheduled date, we will allow substitution/s at no extra cost.

MIPA is pleased to announce that 2 seminars have been organised in March and April 2022 for its members.  

The first seminar which will relate to Trademarks will be held on Wednesday, 23 March 2022 from 10.00am to 12.00 noon and the second seminar which will relate to Patents will be held on Wednesday, 6 April 2022 from 10.00 am to 11.30am.  Both these seminars will be held via Zoom.
