Membership
To apply for membership of MIPA, simply:-

complete the online application form below;

mail your cheque/money order for RM200.00 (comprising the entrance fee of RM100.00 and the first year's subscription of RM100.00, together with copies of all relevant certificates and other documentary evidence of your qualifications to:
